• Background tracking stopped. Ensure Low Power Mode is off and Background App Refresh is enabled for trailrunlog.
• Photos are missing. Grant Camera and Photos access in iOS Settings.
• Need data export or deletion? Email support with your account/device details. We respond within 3 business days.
